Phil is the Broker and Owner of Alabama Realty, LLC. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Paper Science. His career began in Wisconsin with Kimberly-Clark, who moved him all around the country and the world, before joining International Paper in 1990. IP also put Phil on the road, eventually landing him in Mobile in 1996. Once in Mobile, Phil and a coworker left IP and started a software company, Chapura. Although Phil’s interest in real estate started years ago in Tucson, where his grandmother owned and operated a Real Estate Company and school, it was not until 2004 that Phil began his own real estate career. His knowledge and expertise in various fields serves his clients well. He and his wife Dot Small, also a Realtor, live in Mobile and on Dauphin Island, and are excited to call the Gulf Coast home.
